Lovely staff and very helpful

The Carfax NatWest has improved recently after the refurbishment. The customer service is good and due to the new machines you will not have to queue for long periods of time. The location is great in the centre of town.

The refurbishment was well needed and is now a very modern bank. Only problem is that there sometimes isn't enough staff available at peak time of the day.

Visited the bank earlier this week with my mum. The customer service shown by Heidi was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, efficient and took the time to explain and check everything as we went.

I visited the branch today to request a signed copy of my bank statement, the young lady was very helpful and complied with my request in full. Thank you for all your help.

I have always found the staff helpful, particularly the counter staff. Usually there are enough positions open so the wait is never too long. Unlike other building societies (banks)

As first time buyers, we were unsure about mortgages and what we should be opting for. Hilary was absolutely brilliant and really helped us to understand everything we needed to know. She was always on hand either over the phone or by email to answer any questions we had - her support was invaluable and she really helped make getting a mortgage as stress free as possible.
